- the location it’s really excellent. It is situated just one min. Walk from the under ground (2 different lines). And it is near some good brands for shipping. - the breakfast space was enough for the large amount of visitors. And the workers were very nice. - the Air conditioner was working very good although it was mid August (we needed it 3 nights). - the room was in the first floor (1018) and had two windows, that can be opened :). - fast check out - taxi service. - the staff were honestly very helpful and friendly.

they upgraded our room to the suite because we didn’t realise the shower was not a hand held one that was required for health reasons

We were able to check in early after joining the membership programme, which was handy after travelling. The room (Standard King, 15 sq m) was quite small (bathroom had hardly any space to move), but clean and comfortable. Would recommend upgrading to a larger room if you can. The team was very friendly and welcoming and breakfast was great with a lot of space and menu choices. There are also swimming pool, spa and gym facilities, but did not have time to use these.

The location, 3 minuts from High street Kensington undergroynd station, the swimming pool, the room, the small fridg in the room, the size and softness of body towles.

We liked the location, the facilities were excellent, the steam room and jacuzzi was on point although the jacuzzi could be a little bit bigger but none the less staff was clear it was only to accommodate 20 people. Staff were lovely on arrival and throughout the stay. The secret beer garden was also lovely although the pond could have done with a clean and maybe a few more fish to enjoy looking at. Breakfast was lovely with such a wide array of choice and the late check out is also a big hug thumbs up.

Great location. very friendly staff. my daughter sprained her ankle. They couldn’t have enough. A The doctor of the hotel arrived very quickly. He assessed my daughter. Then he went and got a crutch and ice packs. we got extra pillows. They were so good. I had a lovely massage, the staff were so lovely. I really enjoyed the pool and the Aqua classes.

This hotel is in a perfect spot down a quiet road off Kensington High St. Walk to tube is just 2 mins. If you're visiting London to see the sights it is a perfect location. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Great night's sleep in a very big comfortable bed. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was definitely worth it. It's really delicious! Hot cooked breakfast, buffet style, pastries, fruit cereal and toast as well as a range of juices and hot drinks. All of this and as much as you like. For £17 you would be hard to find similar in the local area. Fast WiFi was a plus too.
